ordered for the first time; easy to place order....but paid extra for 3-5 days vs. 7-10 which I wasn't happy about but you never know... took them 8 days from time of order to arrival.

The book that was sent to me was brand new, in excellent condition. This company ships really fast! This will be my go-to from now on for school books!

I ordered wrong text, was unable 2 get in contact with anyone. Sent an email no response. I returned book and not sure if I would be eligible for a refund. I'm reordering the textbook but from another book rental website. I'm disgusted

I received the exact book in the exact condition that was described. Fast delivery. I have no complaints

The textbook I rented was clean, limited highlighting, and in terrific shape. Sometimes that may not always be the case but it was this time. Glad I went with Rentbooks.com!

I paid for shipping and tracking said I would get it in 3 days. Did not receive until 5 days.
