Terrible loan officer

Faith and Marc were so helpful throughout our entire loan process. We were kept up to date with all processes of our loan, most times on a daily basis. It was nice to know where we were at during that time so that we knew what to expect next. The entire process did entail some work from us and our contractor, as well as uploading lots of documents, but it was worth it. We were given a time frame of 30-45 days from start to finish and we closed at around 6 weeks time frame. I would recommend Renofi to anyone needing those extra funds for a house project or renovation, which is what we are utilizing ours for!

Working with Marc Karlin and Jessica Smith from RenoFi was probably the easiest process I have ever experienced. I provided everything that was needed and in return I received my loan within 2 weeks. Marc was very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to any one who needs a home renovation loan.

He took all the time we needed to explain different loan options to us to make sure that we got the best product for our project. Matt was always very responsive even as our situation unexpectedly changed. When we have future loan needs, I know that Matt is the person I want to work with.

I stumbled onto Renofi while doing research into the types of loan would be available for me to renovate my kitchen. The website was easy to use and everyone that I interacted with through email or phone was very helpful and informative. Ryan and Jess did a great job explaining the different loans available and keeping me updated on the process.
