RenoFiReviews of renofi.com

My experience with Renofi was a positive interaction with the real people behind the website. They were available by phone and email to work through the process. Marc, Casey, Christopher … all held our hand to get us to our stated goal when even we didn’t think we needed it. Renovation financing has its own particular set of hurdles and it was better to have an experienced team help us. We are grateful that they were diligent and didn’t waiver from their commitment to help us reach where we wanted to be with our renovation project.

I've done multiple transactions with Reno-fi.. Creative Solutions and always got my money in a timely fashion. I will continue to use them for all my projects, great staff, great experience every time

Marc and team were incredible. Great communication. Candid and great at setting expectations.

Amazing experience, best rates in town and I truly love the 2 options where you can either go traditional heloc but w/ prime rate not your typical prime +1 rate. Or you can get an after construction value HELOC both products with 90% LTV and prime rate!!!

Jacob Wermuth made the whole experience very smooth. He was very prompt to answer questions and was very attentive to everything we needed. Great service!

Josh was excellent. Our situation was complicated so it took longer than expected. Josh was very good and helpful!

I worked with Ryan to get me what I needed to feel comfortable and secure in taking a personal loan to help me with some home improvement projects that I did not have the funds for. He was super communicative throughout the process and I felt was dedicated to getting me what I needed, and it all took less than a week. I would highly recommend working with him and RenoFi. At a time where my credit is “good” and I needed the funds, I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

My experience with RenoFi was great- specifically with Ryan. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He was prompt with his responses as well.
