I have been a Renew Youth customer for a long time. This 6 month lab test cycle took 10 days for lab results and 4 days for doc review and RX refill. This has been a 3-5 day process in the past. Since I was out of meds the unexpected delays in this process effected me considerably.

Thank you for being a long-time Renew Youth client and for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced during your recent lab test and prescription renewal process. While it is unfortunate to receive a 1-star review for delays that originated with the national laboratory processing your results, we believe in taking ownership of the entire client experience from start to finish. Regardless of where the delay occurred, we understand that the lapse impacted you, and for that we are truly sorry. We also want to note that we build extra time into our recommended lab testing schedule specifically to help prevent medication interruptions in the unlikely event of delays with laboratory processing or other parts of the review process. We strongly encourage clients to complete their lab testing on schedule so there is sufficient time for results, provider review, and prescription fulfillment. Our team has reached out directly to make this right. We value your many years with Renew Youth and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Thank you for your continued trust in our team.
