I’ve been working with Renew Youth for five years now, and while the service is on the pricey side they absolutely know what they are doing. I had been to an endocrinologist and he looked clueless compared to these folks. The service is good and I’ve especially enjoyed working with Michael

The problem I seem to be having with Renew Youth is their lack of follow up. Once you go on hormones it takes a while to get it right meaning that until you do get it right, you are not going to feel good. You will be losing sleep, feeling kind of dizzy, kind of like how you feel when you get the flu. Not a good feeling. And they don't seem to care how you're feeling. They don't make sure scripts get to you when they should and no matter what you tell them how it affects you, oh well, they could care less. They tell you they will put it in stat, that it will be handled stat. That is not true. If by stat they mean a solid week for preparation and then on top of that shipping which could be another 5 days! In the meantime, you are on a hormone rollercoaster and they could care less. That's not what I expected from this company. I thought they would be more responsive. I was wrong. And they are not cheap. So you spend all this money and you are treated like nobody cares. How very sad.
