RenewgooReviews of renewgoo.com

Great site, easy to navigate, overall a great experience!

Came on time and got what I asked for.

Quick with order filling and shipping. Product us as described

I learn as much if not more about a company when things don't go according to plan as when they do. In this case, I have nothing but High Praise for renewgoo and look forward to doing business with them again. I ordered a product from them that before they shipped it, they inspected it and discovered that it was not in an acceptable condition. They immediately contacted me, they asked me how I would like to resolve the issue from a refund standpoint, and they immediately issued my refund with no hassles, or any other delays. This is an outstanding company to do business with and I hope I get the opportunity to do so in the future. Thank you for all your help with this!

The site was very responsive, and shipped my item quickly. The item that arrived was not to my satisfaction, but the company went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my return options. I received a full refund, and never went more then a few hours with out a response to my question. I will be using this site again.
