Mediocre experience
Good product and prices and fast shipping warrants two stars, lousy customer service is why I didn't give them the full five stars.

You made a mistake on the second order…
You made a mistake on the second order I placed and didn't honor it after you had accepted it and was preparing to ship it, unacceptable ! You should have honored what you committed to, so for that reason, a reason of distrust, I won't be doing business with you again ! To gain my trust again you can process the second order and I will be your customer again ! Or you can choose a few $$ and give up your integrity and a customer ! Bob Gray I will accept the Terms and Conditions because I am being forced to accept them !

I wasn't impressed by the pricing in…
I wasn't impressed by the pricing in the store. Many items looked as if damaged or returned with no great price break

My order was not prepared when i arrived, however we did find some other things to purchase. i had to come back to the store which is a 30 minute drive for me the next day only to find out that they didn't even have two of the items. So, overall, i got three ankle braces and one of them is XXS!! I think i wasted more time and money on this whole adventure than it was worth. When they get the store organized and presentable and can have orders pre-filled so all that needs to be done is a simple pick up, i am sure that ratings will change. The woman that helped us was wonderfully cheery and helpful. They just weren't prepared when i was messaged that they were and the pick up HAD to be completed by August 13th. Nice store, organization is lacking.

Hello Dennis, when you place order for pickup through our direct website Renewgoo, we always will have them ready for you instantly at the front of the store. The issue is with orders placed through Wish. Wish has a poor system for providing us with information on wish customer orders and we fully agree that the process is lacking and have communcated this to wish multiple times. It took 10 days for it to be delivered and the pan came with a dent in the bottom.

My apologies for the dent in the bottom of the unit. We had listed this item in Renewed condition so there may have been a slight misclassification on the condition by our inventory team. If you could provide me with some pictures I would like to bring this to our quality assurance supervisor. In regards to the shipping time, the order shipped within 24 hours of us receiving it. I apologize on behalf of the post office for the delay in transit. They have been overwhelmed with packages since COVID-19 hit and are therefore having some rare delays on deliveries. I have sent you an email to have this taken care of. My mission is to turn this into a 5-star experience for you. 😀 -Champ

I place my order back at the end of May and I still haven't received my order. They claim they were being shipped from the USA but when I track my order it just shows an airplane and says in transit. Very displeased
