First my order never arrived and Renewgoo said it USPS fault and that it was on me to resolve the issue. After multiple attempts with no resolution, Renewgoo offered a gift card. I ordered five item online (all claiming to be in stock) only to have the order cancelled because the items were either damages or unavailable. I ordered three other items and again, the order was cancelled. Renewgoo then told me that only 35 of the 1000+ items online were able to be ordered. Never again.

Package never arrived and now the system is not allowing me to schedule a redelivery. Im hoping to hear back that package will eventually be coming. !

I ordered 2 lights and both were severely damaged!

The non perishable item I ordered had an expiration date of 2020.

If you want to be on the hook for return shipping after receiving used and defective copies of what you ordered, Renewgoo is your company. I purchased a ceiling fan and received a copy that had been returned by another customer, who wrapped and labeled one of the light bulb covers as broken. Renewgoo put the defective copy back in inventory without replacing the broken part, and it was eventually shipped to me. Do NOT trust their claim of offering hassle free returns. They refuse to pay for return shipping by citing an unpublished "rule", which they claim negates their return policy.

Item said new however what I got was used and bent.
