finish on fixture was wrongly listed.

There is no way to control the fan speed unless I install the controller that came with the fan. That switch is in a 4 gang box Did you ever take into consideration that it might not be a single switch box

Return process not hassle free. Called customer service and was told I would receive an email with the return label/postage. Still waiting...

I was a little disappointed in the item that I ordered because it said it was new open box but what it was a used returned item and it was scratched on the top and it had a broken plastic piece. Now I am going to keep it even with it's faults, because the reason why I ordered it was it's something that's discontinued and I was trying to match a set and I cannot get them anywhere else so I will just fix up the one I got. The order itself though was a breeze and came in a timely manner and well packaged.

The product was great, in perfect condition, but the repackaging left a bit to be desired. The styrofoam insert was completely disintegrated and made a huge mess upon opening the box.

Paid for 2 day delivery. Came in 4 days
