Rentalcars.com REF# 342915788. With my family rent a car Merces Vito in May 2018. We contract Insurance Full Protection. Two moth ago we report an accident , but Rentalcars.com still no refund the mony for Insurance and we don´t have answer. Every time tell me they will contact supervisor...an then no happens notthing! and we waiting, and waiting. Someone is not working well and demeans the good work of others and finally we say "the company" is bad and poor

DO NOT CONTRACT ANYTHING, I SAY NOTHING WITH RENTALCARS.COM Rent an all-terrain with rentalcars in Iceland. When you arrive in Iceland you do not see RENTALCARS anywhere. The company that issued the policy for me was Orange rental cars. The rental cost, including the total coverage was € 900 approx. The second day of stay I notice that the heating does not work and I call the rental company. They send me to a workshop and, apparently, the car has broken down. The workshop asked me € 980 for taking it to the rental headquarters. I call RENTALCARS.com and they tell me not to worry that everything is covered. I pay the € 980 for the crane. When I arrive at the rental office in Keflavik they tell me that I have to pay more than € 5,000, yes gentlemen. FIVE THOUSAND euros to get another car and as a cover for the repair of the previous one. I call RENTALCARS.com again and they tell me it's covered. I see them and I want them to pay for it and I have to throw away the credit to pay. I arrive in Spain and place the claim by entering all the documentation. They write to me telling me that, in the end, the repair of the car has cost about 3,000 THREE THOUSAND !!! Euros more. They tell me to pay them before I go ahead with the claim.

shocking experience - total rip-off! The company charged me more than twice as much as what it would have cost me for exactly the same dates through the local hire company!
