A complete scam.
A complete scam. We booked a car through them in Vilnius, in order to go on a trip to Germany. At the counter, they refused to give us the car, because their policy would only allow going as far as Poland. We asked for a cancellation, they told us to contact Rentalcars.com directly. We did that over the phone, we couldn't reach anyone. We sent an email. Mind you, this was all done on the same day. We haven't heard from them the next day, so we followed up, again, via email. Finally, on the third day, we managed to get someone on their webchat, who told us that our booking was a 'full loss' due to the fact that we reached out too late. They told us that there was a fee of 38 euros to go abroad in the rental car. This wasn't offered to us at the counter, straight refusal to give us the car. I said that we tried calling and that we sent an email while still at the counter, on the same day and their response was "emails take time, you should've called, now you contacted us too late". So we find ourselves having payed 500 euros for a service, that was never provided, without a car and, ofcourse, without any refund. We would suggest to avoid this company at all costs, please let this circle on the web and tell everyone not to go through them, if anyone is interested, we have all the screenshots of their communication.
