I work for this company, the worst experience in my life. Scram people is their mission. They earn more with their cancellation policy then with the renting commissions . Stay away from them.

Legal thieves they charged ne full price and then the cancelled my trip and they didnt refund my money

This company has ripped me off over £375 on deposits & left me with no car & no chance of a deposit refund. This is absolutely disgusting. The company the partnered with was DASH in Miami Airport & now I am stuck here with no car. I trusted Rentalcars.com purely because of Booking.com which I use all the time. I am ashamed and left in the dark in the middle of Miami with no where to go. Yet they are offering me a spare car at $2000 if I want it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Do your self a favour ripped me off for £65 and didn't get car. DO NOT USE. Rent from enterprise or Arnold Clark or anyone but this bunch of scamming con artists.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! I asked for a price match in their online form. They didn't get back to me. I called and asked for it again. Was promised to get an email about it in 48 hours. They didn't get back to me. I called and asked again. They still didn't get back to me. When I was picking up the car the operator showed me her system which said that I should get a 25% discount. After my rental finished I raised a case to get my discount providing all the proof. They refused to give me the discount, claiming that it was some error. Very unprofessional behaviour and I am very disappointed.

GIVEN ME THE FAULTY CAR , NO HEADLIGHTS , DAMAGED CAR AND THEN I HAVE RETURNED THE CAR , NOT RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER RIGHTS I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURTS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Took my booking and money and when I went to pick the car up I wasn’t allowed to take it because I didn’t have a credit card even though they was fine taking the money of my debit card. When I explained I didn’t have a credit card they said I could take the car if I had work pay slips to hand at 11pm on a Friday night. I explained I wouldn’t be able to get ahold of pay slips at this hour and I really needed the car to get me to a charity walk early the next morning I had the bank card I payed on with me, driving licence and a utility bill and id also leave the ridiculous big deposit they was asking for. They wouldn’t let me take the car. When ringing the company asking for a refund they just simply told me they could not give me one. I asked if they could provide me with the rental car even though I didn’t need it anymore and they said no. I asked if I could speak to a manager and they said there was not one available, I asked if they could get a manager to ring me back and they simply said no and there was nothing they could do about it. Absolute scammers do not use!!
