Easy to use and navigate the options via tablet or phone. In case of insurance claim the data to be inserted are easy and they are very quick in the feedback. I started using them from 12/18 months and I am using only their site now for each rental.

After reading the horrible reviews, I was worried about having made a rental car reservation through this company...I called customer service to modify my reservation as I entered the wrong pick up and return times, They took care of the change request immediately. They were professional and friendly. I also had no issues or surprises when I arrived to my destination and went to pick my car... I would definitely rent a car through this company again.
