The process in finding support was quick, efficient and thorough. They listened to what was needed and what attributes were important and I only interviewed people that excelled in what we needed. Their on going check ins and onboarding to ensure the assistant is properly trained is wonderfully detailed.

Our account manager was Zaakirah Poole, and she has been incredible with following up and prompt responses. If anything, she is the person I recommend going to!

We've been using Remote CoWorker for a couple months now and our experience has been excellent thus far. We hired two remote employees that are doing great and have become an integral part of our work family. The initial discussions and onboarding were smooth and simple. Both Zeldine and Darius have provided us with tremendous support. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who would ask.

Great account managers, but the VAs require a lot of training. Zeldine and Leizl are professional and do their best to help, which I appreciate. However, despite the website advertising 'highly vetted' talent, my VAs have needed constant handholding for basic daily tasks. It has been a bumpy onboarding process. 3 stars—neither highly recommended nor completely discouraged.
