I think this company does a great job…
I think this company does a great job finding talented virtual assistants, but unfortunately, they fall short when it comes to communication, onboarding, and following through on their commitments regarding compensation. My VA has been phenomenal. He has an incredible work ethic, consistently does a fantastic job, and has become a valuable part of my business. However, he was promised a higher pay rate than what he actually ended up receiving. What makes this even more frustrating is that he's been told three different things by different people within the company. The lack of consistency and transparency puts both of us in a very uncomfortable position. As a business owner, I want to retain great talent, especially someone who has proven to be reliable and hardworking. Unfortunately, situations like this make it difficult for VAs to feel valued and want to stay, which ultimately puts unnecessary strain on the businesses that depend on them. **My biggest piece of feedback is simple: If you promise your VAs a certain level of compensation, honor that commitment.** The company clearly knows how to recruit quality talent, but improving its onboarding process, internal communication, and transparency around compensation would make a significant difference. I genuinely want to continue working with my VA, and I hope the company takes these concerns seriously because retaining great talent should be just as important as finding it.
