The Executive Assistant I'm working with is great. She is very diligent, smart, and kind. She has been a quick learner and has jumped on any tasks I have assigned. It does take time to explain all the context for projects and for her to learn how everything I'm working on fits together, but that is normal learning curve with any coworker. They have made a few mistakes, but that is also normal and they are quick to fix mistakes when they happen.

I cannot say enough about this agency. Very professional and always responsive. If I could give them a hundred stars I would.

I've always kicked around the idea of getting an assistant. I finally pilled the trigger. I'm really enjoying it so far and it has proven very helpful. I was able to book 20hrs a week which was more convenient for me.

We interviewed and tried to onboard 2 different candidates. Neither of them were qualified to help with healthcare billing or authorizations, even though they claimed they had that experience. Neither candidate had access to a phone to call insurance companies and could not log into our EMR because they were both waiting on VpN access from remote coworker, according to each candidate. Our EMR is web based so I would check on access issues before getting started as there should not have been any reason you need a VPN to access. Not only did they not provide qualified candidates, they charged me again for another month of services once I told them I did not want to continue as it didn’t seem possible that they’d find qualified candidates. I was charged for the initial month, even though we discussed a refund as no work was done. I was also charged for a second month after cancelling the contract for failure to provide qualified candidates. Remote coworker claimed that they did not charge me for a second month which is not accurate.

I was initially hesitant about using a virtual assistant, but engaging with this company has proven to be an excellent decision. Their service has freed up valuable time in my schedule, allowing me to focus on more strategic priorities. The professionalism and efficiency demonstrated have exceeded my expectations, making this investment highly beneficial.

I have been with Remote Coworker for almost three years, and I have never experienced mistreatment or a negative environment in this company. The management, admins, employees, and even the clients have been very kind and fun to work with.
