Finding the right VAs wasn’t necessarily easy. You have to be really clear about what you are looking for and ensure you let it be known. However the account representative that was helping me was quick to find replacements when needed. I currently have a good team that I am confident in.

I was encouraged to sign the service agreement and payment without being able to receive an answer with regards to my clarification. My Questions are as follows: 1) Can you advise, how does the NDA function between the VA and myself- as a hirer? 2) How many days in advance are hired VA required to inform of their absenteeism and holiday? what if it goes beyond these days? 3) how does coaching and communication function under this channel? 4) does Remote work has any system in place to safe-guard hirer? We have had a great experience with our Remote Coworker VA's we started with one and have gone to five. They have been a great help to make us more efficient in our day-to-day operations. They have taken some of the responsibilities that need to be done when we get into the office and have them done that way we can get right to work, as well as the time-consuming tasks that have to be completed in a timely manner.
