I was surprised the charge isn’t very long. I thought the heat was going to be hotter. But otherwise I’m using it everyday on both shoulders. Had surgery on the left 9 weeks ago. I do ice too. I thought the delivery was slow. I thought maybe it wasn’t coming, but it came. All is well.
