I used this company for a recent move. The scheduling process was straightforward, and I received the information I needed before the moving date. When I had questions, the team provided clear responses, and I received updates during the move. My belongings arrived in the same condition they were collected.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Agree with previous reviewer except would give them NEGATIVE STARS if I could. They subcontract to other companies and it's all a huge mess, from incorrect original estimate (tried telling me they wanted TRIPLE THEIR ORIGINAL QUOTE) based on 'cubic feet' or something to incorrect delivery times/dates, to demanding cash for delivery??! Green Planet movers also awful, that was the subcontractors. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY.

DO NOT DO IT !
DO NOT DO IT !! And in the age of AI IF you see good reviews they are lying. They will say anything to get a deposit. Which is non refundable. No matter how they spin it. They sell space. They are not mover company’s. They will
Outsource you to a terrible mover company. Across the country and they will then to another. Took almost two weeks. Long story short they ruined my furniture. Broke things damaged the walls and left a ton of someone else’s things. They are scam artist.

If I could leave negative stars
If I could leave negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sales process went very smoothly. Then everything fell apart. Zero communication with Customer Service. Little notice on moving day (they give you a window). Missed the window by hours and had the delivery address wrong so I asked for my "free 30 days of storage." Suddenly wasn't available. Still cannot get through to Customer Service. They schedule another moving window. Then I get a call from Quality Assurance. Something that I didn't get before so now I know that they kind of forgot about me on the first window. They promised a move out window. Again, short notice phone call but this time it's that they will be a day late. Meanwhile, because they missed the first window, I'm paying by the day for my apartment. Still nobody has called me back. It's been days. Finally booked with another company who was excellent. Now trying to get a refund on my deposit but of course nobody is answering the phone. They job everything out so they have no control over the actual moving company. Do not use this clown show!

I am giving my experience a two star…
I am giving my experience a two star review only because two of the agents I've spoken with so far have been kind and my experience is not over yet. I have had several issues through almost every step of this process. I am moving from Phoenix AZ to Oklahoma and decided that hiring movers would be less stressful and now I am getting the complete opposite. Since it is my first time using movers I didn't know what questions to ask and I've realized I should have asked a lot more questions. The number one issue is the quote.
My issues so far:
My first quote was around 3500 and that's only because I was running errands and trying to create the inventory list by memory so I just said all the big stuff I could remember. Then I booked the reservation and when my electronic check declined the billing department sent me emails and called multiple times until they reached me. During that call I asked what to do if I needed to add stuff to my inventory list now that I had started packing. She told me QA would contact me a week before moving to get an updated list. QA did call the Saturday before my pickup but it was 2 hrs after my scheduled call and I was no longer home to do the walk through so we rescheduled to Monday. I made a detailed list with our items and the sizes. On Monday no one called even after texting with the QA person that called me. So on Tuesday he told me to email my list. My list turned my quote to a little over $6000. Which I was okay with since we had added a lot of items. So it made sense. It took my cf. to 797. He then told me dispatch would call me to give me a pick up time. I had to continuously call to find out that my pick up would be Friday instead of Thursday.
My second issue is the drop schedule. During the first quote. I asked the agent if it was true that it would take 3-5 days to get my delivery and he said it would definitely take at least 5 days. Then I get the paperwork and it says 2-10 business days. Then the pickup driver shows up and says that it takes 7-21 days but then says they will honor the 5 days. So right now I don't know which is true.
The pickup company. The driver has me sign everything and starts removing everything from the house and setting it up in the parking lot. He tells me that if we go over the 797 cf we will be charged extra ($4 per cf) and the fuel which is 12% of the total added cf. His crew breaks all the furniture down to the studs and packs the truck. He then tells me that all my stuff will not fit in my allotted 797 cf. I have no choice but to say I'll pay extra because I don't have a way to transport all the stuff left. Which was still stuff like my mattresses. So after they load He says that it is 400 cf over and the price has now gone from a little over $6000 to a little over $10,000. I do not understand how 400 extra cf at $4 ($1600) is now $4000. I tried calling Reliant but they were on hold with the driver's company so long the driver was getting annoyed. I gave him the half payment because they were already late for the drop off they had to do and it. He didn't go over the added fees. He asked if I wanted to take pictures of the paper work and I said yes let me go get my phone and he said nevermind we will email it to you. I have yet to receive that email.
I spent all day yesterday calling Reliant for updates. The agent we talked to on Fri said the driver's company would call us but they never did. Then the Reliant agent on Saturday morning told us he still hadnt received any updates and would get back to us when he had an update or on Monday. I tried repeatedly to call both companies and the actual driver all afternoon yesterday to see if there was an update or if we could at least know where our stuff is so we could make a decision on if we wanted to call the whole thing off but no one would answer.
So now I don't know where my stuff is, why I'm being charged so much and if I am even going to get my stuff by Tuesday. We also had to spend an extra night in a hotel room trying to get an update which is again costing more money. So now we are on our way to Oklahoma so hopefully DOT can help us with this situation.
Update: It is now Tuesday night. I called Reliant yesterday afternoon and they still had no update of why so much extra money is being charged. I told the agent I would give her untill today to get the information and again no call back!

I am so disappointed and upset about my move with reliant. My roomate and I double, triple checked with them that everything would fit. They told us 30 boxes a couch, 2 beds, tv and rugs would fit no problem with room left over.
After 10 boxes, one bed and the TV, they are now doubling our quote. This is thousands more than I anticipated and they only told me after it was loaded so what was I supposed to do??? Not to mention they came a full day late and then charged a $600 fee since they could not park close as the moving spot was reserved for the previous day.
I urge everyone to not use the company as a broker, you will not get them on the phone, if you do, they will put you on hold and then just eventually hang up
I am reporting to the better business burea unless I hear back from customer service. It’s like this was planned. Less than half of our stuff fits. Not to mention the movers are also asking for cash on top of everything.
DO NOT USE RELIANT MOVING SOLUTIONS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY MORE THAN DOUBLE YOUR ORIGINAL QUOTE.

AVOID!
We were contacted by Reliant Moving Solutions after requesting moving quotes for our relocation from Kentucky to Florida. Steve was very friendly and reassuring during the sales process, which initially made us feel confident about booking through Reliant.
We provided detailed information about our move, including the fact that all of our belongings were already packed inside a completely full 10x20 storage unit. We provided our move dates, locations, and a list of our larger furniture items. Based on that information, Reliant quoted us approximately $2,600 for the move.
After signing the paperwork, we noticed that the estimate listed only about 540 cubic feet. My husband specifically called to ask about this because it seemed far too low for a full 10x20 storage unit. We were reassured that the cubic footage was simply a placeholder to let the van line know we would need an empty truck and that we should not worry about it.
When the movers arrived, however, we were told that our shipment was much larger than estimated. The volume increased to 1,455 cubic feet and our price jumped from approximately $2,600 to approximately $6,700.
Looking back, we feel that the original estimate was unrealistically low given the information we provided. Had we been given a realistic estimate from the beginning, we could have properly budgeted, compared other companies, or made a more informed decision.
Our experience left us feeling that the broker's priority was securing the booking rather than providing an accurate estimate. We would encourage anyone considering Reliant Moving Solutions to carefully review their estimated cubic footage and obtain detailed written clarification before signing.
