Liars! Reliant Moving Solutions was one of the most disappointing companies I've ever worked with. My experience was filled with misleading information, broken promises, and poor communication. From the beginning, I felt like they told me what I wanted to hear to secure my business, but once the process was underway, those commitments quickly disappeared. Their website says they understand that "moving is one of the most stressful events in life." Unfortunately, my experience was that they added to that stress rather than reducing it. The marketing and promises did not match the service I received. If you're considering using this company, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions, getting every promise in writing, and carefully reviewing the terms before signing anything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Reliant Moving Solutions.

Truly, if I could give this company a 0, I would. I booked a move between Maryland Florida and what a ride it was. I booked a move for a 1-bedroom apartment, quoted for about $2300. When I booked this move, I was told that they only worked with moving companies with 4.5 rating or above, so when I was connected with Express Movers, I was under the impression that they were a reputable company. They were not. Check out their online reviews. Reliant will answer your call and tell you anything and everything you want/need to hear to encourage you to quickly pay their deposit, you essentially have 0 opportunity to look into this company and their affiliates. I was told 1) i would receive updates from the movers (not true), 2) the 300 or so cubic feet I was quoted would be plenty (not true), and 3) that I would not incur a shuttle service fee because they only use box trucks (you guessed it...NOT TRUE). Upon pickup, my $2300 move immediately went up to $4300. Not to mention that I booked a full service move and the delivery driver showed up alone and my partner helped him move everything into our home. Save yourself the time, trouble, and headache and DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Irresponsible/incompetent property moving broker. *Primarily, We were not informed that inferior/sub quality moving companies would be tasked with the physical labor/move. In our case, DBA West Coast Relocation packed our property in Bozeman. However, the property was delivered to Colorado by American Hills Moving. Both companies are out of California. Additionally, both companies have negative reviews. If I had known the reputation of the companies prior to the move, I never would have allowed my wife to contract Reliant (she has medical issues that prevent her from performing labor). *I should have realized the incompetence and corruption of the personnel representing Reliant: prior to the move, Steven Ruiz, the Reliant rep, called to inquire of the property to be moved. We walked thru the entire house describing all the items. I attempted to give the length/width of the items, but Ruiz seemed only interested in the general description: for example, desk or cabinet. *Ruiz, in turn, failed to relay to West Coast the approximate volume actually needed for transporting, or West Coast failed to anticipate the required storage. Either way, without an approximate estimate of cubic feet of property, the entities involved in the move can claim transportation reservations/limitations. And that is exactly what occurred. After packing the items in Bozeman, my wife was informed that there would be an additional $3900 charge upon delivery. The reason: West Coast reserved only half of a 26ft truck for our property. It is a systematic unethical standard operating procedure that allows these businesses to arbitrarily raise prices while deflecting blame or taking responsibility. *Additionally, Ruiz informed us that the movers had a 2dy window to respond for the packing. West Coast appeared on day three. *I called Ruiz three times to address the delay and the additional charge. He failed to answer or return my calls. Even though the delivery target was only 11hrs from Bozeman, it took 8dys for delivery. The property was delivered at 730pm: took 2hrs to unload. *I haven't been able to inspect the condition of our property because it was unloaded into a storage unit. But, I'm not optimistic of my findings. Additionally, both companies appeared to use illegal aliens as labor. I have filled a complaint with BBB, The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and ICE. Stay tuned( I don't expect much).

Reliant Moving Solutions llc facilitates the logistics and transportation of household goods but does not physically move your items themselves, they are a broker. They take no accountability, no action, no support. When you call because the price increases suddenly or your stuff isn't delivered for 30 days they will not help you. I do not advise using them. They gave terrible customer service. They do not explain the true process. They are salesman in the most derogatory meaning. Save yourself the aggrevation and cost. They are only going to tell you what you want to hear, and then fabricate the reasons for delay. NOT RECOMENDED.

Guys be very careful, this company quote you a low price and then they try to increase the price always, after you pay and book, they don't answer your call, the day of pickup they don't show up, then they push you to pay more to get another driver, for me it was a horrible experience, we had to move stuff from an apartment and the goods were outside to pick up and they didn't send anyone, I call and call and after 10 calls I called from another number then they answered. Do not use them. Or the damages can be huge. They are professional legit liers, don't Use them.

Trash broker don’t ever use these people find the movers yourself and deal directly with them as reliant gives inaccurate quotes then the drivers arrive and give a completely different quote leaving you either in trouble or stuck. And they will hold your items hostage after making a separate deal than you get from the broker. Please please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company. They charged me three times my quote to move a ready to move storage unit from Illinois to Michigan. They had nothing to wrap or pack. Quoted $5400 and they ended up charging me $15,000. Horrible customer service! Worst moving experience I ever had.

hired moving companies that are called as Reliant Moving Solutions. Rented a long distance moving company known as Reliant Moving Solutions. Easy booking process with timely receipt of the requested information before the moving day. there were no issues with loading and delivery by the movers.
