I used Reliant Moving Solutions for a recent move. The booking process was straightforward, and I received the necessary information before the scheduled date. Communication was generally clear, although I did need to follow up once for an update.The movers arrived as scheduled and handled the loading and unloading process without any notable issues. Questions I had during the move were answered clearly, which I appreciated.One area that could be improved is providing more frequent updates throughout the process.

Attempted to get a live quote for this company and was treated very rudely. I was hung up on and told you got my number call me when you get the money and ready! . When I called back to ask to speak to a manager, someone pretended to be a manager and accused me of not being able to afford their service when I had my credit card in hand. I wanted to read the terms and conditions prior to agreeing and signing a contract. They wants to fast talk you and bullying you into agreeing to use their service. I recently moved with the reliant moving solutions. communication prior to the moving date was clearly explained, and the process was easily followed. One update took at bit longer to handle but was handled without a lot of problems.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. Takes your money and never comes to pick up your things. Refuses refund. Established is 2026, a brand new company. If you have any communication with Claudia or Mark-know you’re being SCAMMED. You see a 4.9 rating on their website because they’re all false reviews. All written by men, every single day? My experience with this company has truly been the most terrible experience Iv ever encountered with a business, or another human being. They laugh at me, refuse to put things in writing, and come to find out this is a brand new company who owns not one of their own trucks. They broker everything out. Pocket your money. A scam. My pickup was originally scheduled for Sunday between 4:00–6:00 PM, but no driver arrived and I received no communication during that window. The pickup was then rescheduled for Monday during the same time frame, and again there was a no-show. I was later given additional promised timeframes, including Tuesday between 11:00 AM–1:00 PM and then again between 5:00–5:30 PM, with assurance from both a representative and the driver that the pickup would occur. I rearranged my personal schedule multiple times and cancelled other obligations in order to be available, based on these repeated assurances. On Tuesday, the driver did not arrive during the promised 5:00–5:30 PM window and did not call as promised. After following up, I was told he would arrive in approximately an hour, but I never received any further communication. When I later called, I was informed the driver had reached the end of his working hours and would not be coming at all. At no point did anyone arrive to pick up my belongings. When I requested a refund due to the repeated failure to provide the agreed service, I was told that a new pickup time could be offered for Wednesday instead. I explained that I am not available on Wednesday due to work obligations that cannot be changed, which had already been clearly communicated many times. Despite this, I was told I would not be eligible for a refund because I could not accommodate the newly proposed time. I then requested a refund again and asked that the communication be provided in writing so I could properly document the situation. They laughed at me and said “maam we aren’t doing that” I also requested to speak with a supervisor or higher-level representative, which was refused. My refund request was again denied on the basis that I was “unavailable” for the next proposed pickup time, even though the service had already failed repeatedly over several days past the original scheduled pickup. At this point, no moving services have been rendered despite multiple confirmed appointments. I know everyone has opinions and different experiences but if you listen to no other negative review. Please please please do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m thankful this happened before they took my things, otherwise I may have never saw them again. I’v noticed all negative reviews they argue back. I’m not trying to sabotage this company. I was excited for my move, and had this set up for over a month! But they never came. Simple as that.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not use!! Be warned!!! They will charge you more, screw up your estimate, switch you to another mover then they will charge you more! Not put thing on your estimate then make you pay more. Give you a date and not stick to it then tell you they have an extra day. SNEAKY CONTRACTS! They cost me 2k more then the estimate, didnt show up on the day of my move, made me push back my closing. NOT THE WAY TO TREAT DISABLED VETERANS!!! They won’t answer phones, they LIE!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

I was called by this company and I specifically told the salesman I did not want a moving broker because of a bad issue with my last move and was only looking for a moving company. He led me to believe he was a moving company, lied to me about my delivery date and when I called to complain threatened me. This company has been flagged by MyGoodMovers.com for false reviews. This company is dishonest. I should have cancelled when the movers showed up, but was stupid and thought I'd roll the dice. Boy was I wrong! Seriously avoid this company, reviews are falsified, they WILL lie to you, make all kinds of promises and then throw a contract in your face. They will turn what you said around and you will now get what you were told.

Do not use these people, they are dishonest and add charges constantly. I was given an estimate of $4500. When they did the second review that went up to $8500. When the man came to pick up my stuff, he unknowingly after I signed the paperwork added $1000 to this for packing fees. Everything was boxed everything was wrapped except for a TV and a few garden supplies. This company rips you off and does not care. I am trying to get a return phone call and all I am getting is text messages and nonsense. I still don’t have my items and I’m not sure how this is going to go because my $4500 move is now closer to $10,000. What a scam. Zero stars is what they deserve.

I’ve had quite a few moves that did not end well in prior experiences however, Reliant Moving Solutions took great care of my family and I. I started to go with a POD type of service but I was unsure of the perfect size I’d need to pack it tightly to avoid damages. I also dreaded the 1500+ drive if I did it myself, so I got a couple quotes and ended up hiring them. They were definitely not the lowest price I received but the other companies had a ton more bad reviews so I took my chances and I’m glad I did.
