Reliant MortgageReviews of reliantapproval.com

The most painless refinance ever! The team at Reliant Mortgage made this process easier than I ever would have expected. They stayed on top of all the details and walked me through the process to get an amazingly low interest rate. Would do business worth then again!

Reliant Mortgage was excellent. They got me the lowest interest rate. They were fast and met my original closing date even though I switched to them later in the process. They were very helpful and alway answered when I called or text. Very easy company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Very helpful and always came back with answers I needed. I only gave 4 stars because it did seem like times they were overwhelmed and not enough warm bodies to take care of issues. I do realize COVID didn’t help. But I am now in my house and it was a good experience

If you want the best mortgage company and loan officers call Reliant Mortgage

Took a day of vacation. what a waste was not able to close until end of day. When I was scheduled for 9 am. Wouldn't recommend Reliant at all feel like I deserve a credit for time wasted!!!!!!!!!

From the mortgage company's credit bureau rating to the closing of our loan, Reliant proved to be legitimate, pleasantly professional, capable, efficient and accommodating. Our lender accurately assessed our needs, provided great options, and with the help of the lending support staff maintained open communication throughout the entire process. Regular updates were encouraging and added to our peace of mind. Security measures to protect our sensitive information was greatly appreciated. One recommendation would be to offer technical support to seniors who are less adapted to the electronic process. As we worked to improve our financial condition, we were fortunate to experience the highest quality and standards of our lender. It's truly been a win, win! We are very satisfied customers of Reliant Mortgage and are happy to say they've earned our 5 star rating. Thank you Reliant team! R. & D. Beasley Louisiana

Ciara Foster!!! Remember that name. If you are “lucky” enough to have her as your mortgage rep/ sales person you will be blessed. Ciara is the most professional person I’ve ever met! Not because she was able to get me a mortgage...but because she treated me like I was literally her FAMILY. I am not related to Ciara nor have I ever had the honor of meeting her in person...I simply stumbled across her YouTube videos during covid 19 while stuck in my apartment thinking about how a house would be so much better for my family. My credit was shot and I had no clue where to start...I followed her videos and did EXACTLY what she said...then 2 months later I googled her location and called her. She reviewed my credit and it was still shot...but she told me what I needed to do and that my dream was possible. I didn’t give up and did EVERYTHING she said and called her back 2 months later and BOOM I was pre-approved! Aside from the approval I suffer from anxiety with the “unknown” Ciara empathized and made sure she told me everything she could BEFORE I actually had to do it in the lengthy process to cut down on my anxiety/ drama lol. Her counterpart- Delaine was the loan processor who also dealt with my anxiety very professionally (nobody does all of this in real life)...to say I appreciate those women is an understatement. Thank you Ciara and Delaine!!

I had an amazing experience, this team made it such a smooth transition for my family and i.. You guys really made our dream a reality..
