Working with Josh Highnote & Delaine w/ Reliant Mortgage was a first-class experience from start to finish. Josh made the entire process so simple to follow as first-time home buyers. Delaine worked diligently to ensure all requirements were met during underwriting before home closing given an aggressive timeline. Both of them could not have been more kind, efficient, nor professional. Could not recommend using Reliant Mortgage more.

Nate and Yvonne were phenomenal! We were working with another lender who stopped being responsive to us due to the pandemic. We had to start from scratch with 30 days left on our house contract. Nate and Yvonne went above and beyond in working with us, pushing the lender, the title company, and the builder company to make sure that we were able to close on schedule. I highly recommend them and Reliant Mortgage! We are now in our dream home and couldn't be happier that they played a part in helping our dreams to come true!
