Sarah Brooks and Tyler Evans were both amazing to work with. This is the fourth home we have purchased. By far, the best experience we’ve had with financing. They search for answers and respond, very quickly, with accurate information. We had a quick close, and the hustle on their end is really what made it possible. 10/10 would recommend this team to a friend.

I started my process with a simple application mid January. Through credit coaching and hard work I am closing next week!!! Reliant was very helpful and nice to me the process flowed like water. I got the best house for the best buck and I was satisfied with the loan. Also the communication was awesome. Everytime I had a question they were one phone call away. Communication means alot to me.

Wellll let me start off by saying I think they tried their best. Everyone we dealt with was polite and somewhat seemed to have our best interest at heart. Although throughout the whole home buying process we could never get clear answers to our questions or clear instructions as to what they wanted or needed from us. Being a first time buyer it made the process significantly more stressful. Communication as a whole between reliant and outside parties was pretty poor. But they did get our closing cost pretty low which was nice. I’d be lying if I said “I would recommend.”

Josh and his team made it as easy as possible for us to refinance our home, and got us a very good rate. Wouldn't hesitate using Reliant again and will be sure to tell my friends and family too.
