Normal customer service!! They gave us the run around for over a month.

Nothing fast at all about the process with Reliant, also they inquired about very personal matters, and required more documents than needed to process a loan.

Wellll let me start off by saying I think they tried their best. Everyone we dealt with was polite and somewhat seemed to have our best interest at heart. Although throughout the whole home buying process we could never get clear answers to our questions or clear instructions as to what they wanted or needed from us. Being a first time buyer it made the process significantly more stressful. Communication as a whole between reliant and outside parties was pretty poor. But they did get our closing cost pretty low which was nice. I’d be lying if I said “I would recommend.”
