They told me what I need to do before…
They told me what I need to do before they could help me, so I did what they said to do and I text and let them know it was done,, I was trying to get a hold of them and asked what is going on, they claimed they text me but they never did. The next day I received a letter that stated what's on my credit. I told them and I was assured they still could help me, but after failed attempts at contact with them asking what's going on. They took 3 weeks to give me an answer, I could have went somewhere else, I have to move real fast, I told them if not just let me know so I could check with another company,, but no they sent a letter. I do not recommend them to anyone. They strung me along. They never answered my text or email. So disappointing and unprofessional. They knew the situation and said they would help. I can't believe a company would do something like that, I hope Karma gets them. DO NOT USE RELIANT MORTGAGE EVER
