Reliant MortgageReviews of reliantapproval.com

I had a wonderful experience with Reliant Mortgage, especially with Josh! He made everything quick and easy and was always available to take my calls or answer my text. I would highly recommend using this company as they have made a customer for life out of me!

Great company to work with on mortgage loans and refinancing. 100% true and honest what see is what you get nothing but the best.

I worked with Joshua Smira and the process could have not been any better. Joshua is very knowledgeable and always answered by questions in a timely matter. I referred Joshua to a friend who is buying a house and he helped him out as well and made him feel comfortable. Would use him in the future if need be. Thanks for making this process go so well.

We had an awesome experience in refinancing our home. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable during the mortgage experience. Would highly recommend him!

Reliant did a great job, the signing and submittals process was very fast and easy.

Quick and easy process. The best option you can go in purchase of a new home. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ciara.

My House Hunting Experience Was A Rough One - Josh Smira Helped Make It So Much Better. He Walked Me Through Every Step, Thoroughly Explaining The Process To Me Along The Way. He Worked Hard For Me And Gave Me Great Advice. I’ve Recommended Him To Everyone I Know That’s In The Market For A New House And I’ll Continue To Do So. He Was Great!

Ryan and David were so helpful throughout the process. They found us reliable resources and an awesome realtor! We did have to pester a little to get the process started, but once they saw that we were serious, it was smooth sailing. They communicated with us almost daily to keep us updated on the status of things and were always available to answer any questions that we had. If I am ever in the market to buy again, it'll definitely be through Reliant.
