I started a refinance with a bank. The communication was not good and I didn't understand what was going on. We switched over to Josh Smira with Reliant Mortgage. It was the best decision we made! The process was smooth. Josh answered or returned calls in a timely fashion. We understood the process. We are very happy customers and would recommend Josh and Reliant mortgage to family and friends!
