Reliant MortgageReviews of reliantapproval.com

It was a very easy process for me. You all requested the needed documentation and moved very quickly once I submitted it. The whole process from start to finish was very quick which I appreciated! I avoided refinancing over the years thinking it would be a tedious process, but it was easy!

This was my 1st time buying a house and the process went really smoothly. Josh Smira was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions I had at all hours of the day. Never once did I call Josh and he not answer. Overall a very good experience for me, and I would recommend Josh and Reliant Mortgage to anyone.

Josh was very patient. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, even while on vacation! He made sure my family and I got everything we were entitled to in this process. Along with my realtor, he made this a smooth transition into our new home!

My fiance and I purchased a home last November; I was a first time buyer, this was his second time around. We worked with Travis at Reliant Mortgage. Being that I was the "newbie" I can't thank Travis enough for his patience, and for always being available for questions, or to provide additional detail or nuance. I've heard other friends experiences when buying homes, so had some trepidation about the experience being long and frustrating. Maybe we got lucky, but I think Travishad a lot to do with our experience being smooth and relatively hassle free. I would recommend Reliant Mortgage, but especially Travis.

Just completed a first home purchase with Jason, and everything went extremely smoothly. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how willing Jason was to take the time to talk us through what everything meant, and what every signature was committing us to. Funnily enough, we never actually met in person(!), but the process was managed so vigilantly by Tom and his staff that we never had to!

Ki helped me with a refinance recently. Ki was very patient and thorough throughout the process, and kept me updated on the progress of the loan. Paperwork was a breeze with the secure online signature technology. Ki took the time to carefully explain everything and there was never any pressure to move forward. Once we did start the process, everything moved along smoothly and the loan closed on schedule. I would definitely recommend Reliant mortgage to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home. Thanks for everything!

Vickie u were awesome to work with thank u very much I like how you are compassionate and caring

Josh Highnote is excellent at his job. He's available, knowledgable, and brings enthusiasm to the job. It's not enough that I like working him, he's also so great with clients. I feel confident when I refer him to my buyers that he will answer questions and guide them through the process, while keeping everyone informed and on the same the page throughout the deal. He's also been a great resource for answering questions about lending that may come up during my client consultations. It's nice to have strong team player in the lending arena and I look forward towering with hi more in the future.
