Fast, efficient, and thorough
During enrolment the agent quickly identified me as a past customer and customized my needs accordingly. I didn't have to go through everything again. It was like coming home. I appreciated that. Thank you.

App is user friendly
App is user friendly. Many power plans available. But very easy to open a new account. Only thing which Could’ve been better is, not all the plan are available for 12 months.

The manager who called me is simply amazing. He explained everything in detail as to what transpired and was able to offer a solution I was satisfied with.
