Everything was going smoothly. Until a few days ago. I got my 5950x on a discount for $99/month in March of 2024. I then confirmed with their staff and they said the discount will be active until I cancel and they will NOT change the price and this was forever Fast forward to a few days ago. I got an email saying they’re raising the price $21 to $120/month. They gave me a bs excuse of “we’re passing on the increased cost to you so we can keep providing amazing service”. LYING to your customers is not good service. I wouldn’t be mad about the price hike, but lying and not upholding what you said is BS. It’s not being real with your customers. And in the future I don’t know what else they’ll do. I’ve talked to multiple people around discord that said they’ve gone through the same thing. This company can’t be trusted and will just lie to you. STAY AWAY

I had a terrible experience. The price was good, but the support was awful. I’ve been waiting for 12 days since I paid for a dedicated server that rebooted every day from day one. They kept making excuses, saying it was the motherboard (which they replaced twice), then the hard drives, then the RAM. In the end, they gave me a new dedicated server, but the issue persisted. Now, they refuse to refund me. I’ve been trying for 3 days to get my money back, and they’ve done nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Not really reliable! I went to the hosting with my company because I thought they were good. Now I have a server since a week and I was not able to use it normally. I wanted that ReliableSite announces my AS and IP blocks but it seems they are unable to do that. I had to build a GRE tunnel now that our customers are back online. Now they say they cannot do it anymore because there is an existing radb object. Wtf? They should be to announce it even if there is an object. Also to told me before I got a customer that I can use up to 10 Gbps and the 1 Gbps is the traffic flat. Now they tell my that I just can use 1 Gbps because I ordered 1 Gbps. What is going on there? They often do not listen to you and do not answer any questions except you ask them where the answer is. The support is really slow, just gives you an answer that they are looking into it and this everytime. I cannot recommend them. Very terrible!

Fortunately, I was only a customer here for a very short time and would never want to be again, and I can't recommend it to anyone. It's enough that the hardware is sold defective when you buy it. Support requests take forever. Billing requests are dealt with immediately with automated messages. You immediately realize that this is just about making as much money as possible and there is no customer satisfaction. Future customers who nevertheless decide to shop here: It can only be seen in small print that the payment method is stored and ALL invoices are automatically included, regardless of whether there is an existing contract or not. Regardless of the payment method, a direct debit agreement is automatically made in the background without written confirmation. I wish ReliableSite all the worst and hope that karma will catch up with you.

Our server, which we are a non-profit organization, we are renting from them has gone down 10 times in the last 4 weeks. Currently down since Sunday. They haven't replied to us in the last 19 hours. They are doing what we are requesting. They aren't responsive and don't communicate well or listen well. As a non-profit we help single moms, kids at risk, veterans and others who are at risk of depression and suicide. The cost, time, money and people is huge and it's sad to say that they went black on us. Suggestion: Communicate and don't run from problems. A lack of communications will only make the situation worse and tick a click off so they write a review like this. It's not complicated really.

So many problems with this hosting provider I don't know where to begin. 1. Their network randomly drops connections and they have to reassign your servers IP 2. Their KVM access barely works 1/2 the time so forget accessing your server if it's ever out. 3. Their admin panel is sloppy has broken links that they know about (ie. KVM) and refuse to fix 4. There's no way to get a timely response if you have an urgent outage. 5. Their support never acknowledge the very obvious issues with their KVM. In all the stress you'll be under trying to get them to respond when you can't access your server is not worth it. They will rush to respond to this ticket with a canned response, but won't take the 5-minute it takes to fix the broken https link to their VPM system in the server manager dashboard.

Hello, I find the lack of cooperation with the support quite disappointing. They used to be hands down my number one recommendation until several years ago. I’ve personally recommended them and operated with partner company several hundred servers from them. I’m with them for 5-10 years I sent a proof of paid invoice today and the guy declined to turn on the server until payment confirms causing additional downtime. Did you guys give up? Really sorry. Ordered instant deploy server, payment was processed immediately. Spent the whole day setting up my server. Wake up the next day to find my server canceled and wiped. Turns out they had requested extra verification for my credit card, which I provided 12hrs later but by then the server was already wiped. Customer support seemed to think this was normal conduct and blamed me for not providing the info requested. Don't do business with these amateurs.
