So far my experience with reliable site has been nothing short of amazing. I have dealt with horrible game servers for years, logic, serverblend, and a few others to name a few. Reliable has been great, and the support was extremely helpful. Hopefully heres to many years of business :)

Mi experiencia con los servidores dedicados de Reliablesite. 3 años de cliente. El soporte 24/7 realmente es increible. Puedo abrir un ticket y no se demora mas de 30 minutos en la respuesta. He contratado casi 3, o 4 servidores dedicados. Tengo uno que me duro 3 años, lo cancele hace poco. Actualmente tengo uno solamente, ya casi llega para el año. Fui cliente fiel de OVH, tuve un servidor dedicado y lamentablemente por cuestiones de ellos se daño un disco duro y perdi TODOS los datos, no me dieron respuesta ni nada. Supongo que debi sacar copia de seguridad pero si todo estaba bien no debia haber pasado eso. Hace poco me paso lo mismo, tenia un disco en un estado un poco dañado, se cayo mi servidor en más de 3 ocaciones, me contacte con Reliablesite y no tardo más de 10 minutos en volverme a activar el servicio. Realmente increible. Además me ofrecieron arreglar el disco afectado cuando YO quiera, yo elegía la fecha de reparación. Pensé que perdería todos mis datos así que saque copia de seguridad, pero en cuanto acabaron el mantenimiento en mi servidor revise y TODO seguía bien, no hubo problemas y todo estaba bien, realmente me sorprendió. El soporte en muchos hosting y servicios realmente suele tardar demasiado, reliablesite me sorprende su velocidad de soporte. Creo que es lo mas importante. La velocidad de los servidores también es muy increíble y me gusta la calidad/precio que ofrecen.

Olá, achei importante deixar uma avaliação na minha língua materna, realmente hoje os serviços da ReliableSite está bom, um bom data center e um bom atendimento, a algum tempo atrás estava com um grande problema de rotas e conectividade da parte deles, já estava á pensar em cancelar, porém este mês eles melhoraram a infraestrutura deles, e a conexões com as rotas que melhorou em 100% a conectividade do meu dedicado, sou cliente deles a mais de 1 Ano, tenho serviços pagos para mais 1 ano, e se a qualidade se manter, vou renovar o serviço para mais 2 anos, caso mantenham a qualidade melhorada que veio para infraestrutura este mês.
