Unorganized company I will receive a call to re-order supplies only for them to not be sent because I did not meet insurance requirements yet no one calls to tell you this. Last month I got a call for supply re-order which was not sent because someone closed the "note in the chart out" before sending. I went for a mask fitting the person basically stuck the mask on said move your head okay fits good all set. I am very unhappy with reliable respiratory's customer service overall.

I have received no follow up or any continued support from this company. My old company would call from time to time to see how everything was going and if I needed any supplies. Nothing from Reliable Respiratory,
