Have not had to interact with Reliable Respiratiry since I first received my CPAP but my first interaction was very good and the technician was very helpful

Always pleasant and responsive. Great service and equipment. Much better than past experience with another local provider.

Like all CPAP equipment suppliers, they charge as much as they can, as often as they can. I don't think they are any worse than others but they certainly aren't any better. I trust them as much as a crocodile.

Really good upfront company. The email reminders about replacement of parts of the device are helpful. My Machine works as advertised and I have been sleeping much better over the last year since starting on it. Some times the tubing wraps around me and if I roll over the mask seal breaks but I don’t think this is on them.

Terrible service bad communication very difficult to work with

Constantly sent the wrong products... Told they don't supply items for my machine and to go looking some where else. Can't order products on their website because their website doesn't work.

Reliable Respiratory sent someone to my house to get me started and has been helpful with every question I have called about.
