On going billing issues.Went on Medicare got the wrong info from Representative after several phone calls I think issue is resolved but can’t be sure still getting overdue statements

I’ve Ordered supplies that were never delivered, such as nasal pillows and there were no reasonable efforts made to get these items to me. I had to issue a trace with the post office and they didn’t supply the pillows, even at my own expense. They didn’t update their own database to show my insurer that I am 100% compliant. Am considering going back my former supplier

I’ve never had a good experience with them, starting with them sending my CPAP to my ex-wife’s house, where I hadn’t lived for 4 years- they took the address from my very old sleep test rather than the address I gave them. That seems par for the course. Every experience since then has been similar.

Reliable Respiratory has been very responsive in taking care of any equipment issues for my husband who has ALS and is on a ventilator. Rosemary
