Everything has been OK, except when I got a bit behind on my account … There was some credit "bull dog" minded company who called every day … It was upsetting, during a bad situation … Account is clear now, but please use better judgement on the vendors you choose to harass people for payments.

Several months ago I called for replacement items. Since I was a new customer (RR purchased my current provider) they told me that I had to have my doctor submit a prescription to them. My doctors office did that several months ago. I have never received notification from RR nor have they contacted me concerning providing me replacement items. I have much better service with my previous provider.
