The technician was ok but you guys keep hiking up the prices

We have since June of 2025 we had repairs out at least 12 times. Cost per month 500 to 750 light bill. They did not set machine. Machine had missing parts taken off new machine to fix other units. Promised payback for high bills. No reply since March. Filed with Better Businness Bureau complaint. Workers great but unable to come in 3 different emergencies. 13 thousand dollars for 16 months of nightmares. Still hope it will run better. Doris Fuller.

The technicians were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the installation process and answered all of my questions.

Yuri from Reliable called before our scheduled time and asked if he could arrive now. This was great for me. He went straight to work and checked our system from AC to Heat! This young man is going to do great things with his attitude and work ethic!

this is the second home i have had reliable come in and change out all the hvac equipment to the newest and most efficient. all this done under their lease program which is unbelievably affordable and i have to say it was a selling point on my last home. the new owner knew the equipment was in top notch operation, i know ill easily see this investment returned upon sale of this home. their name suits tem because this company is "reliable" and im glad to be part of the reliable family.
