The unit still didn’t work. These people are horrible. We replaced the unit and never want to have any more to do with these thieves.

Initially I gave a great review, but the day after the repair their was a leak at the repair site. I'm still waiting on a return call, eventually made a separate appointment to address the leak. Hopefully I am not charged since its based off the same issue I've already paid for.

We have been with Reliable for many years and have had good service. We recently replaced a unit. The wrong unit was ordered but was corrected at the last minute. However, we waited on the installers for several hours and found out our appointment was cancelled for the day! We were not notified. After calling Reliable, it was rescheduled. The technicians who put the unit in were careful and competent.

On time. Professional, helpful. Took time to explain. Eventually got the leak repaired. I understand 20 yr old plastic pipe might be a problem connecting new pipe but ended up with a bunch of fittings in a short run. Hot water valve from water heater to house leaking, the repair was going to be copper to cpvc with new valve. Well first repair leaked, they tried again, that one leaked, then they added pex from copper to cpvc. The repair worked but it went from 12 joints to 27 joints!!! Guess where leaks are most likely:joints. Possible solution: cut it out start over. Yes I know those fancy press fittings are expensive but sometimes you got to cut your losses and re-do it.
