Reliable Air gave us a concise estimate for an HVAC replacement that was $2,000 less than lesser-known competitors. They were prompt with installation, the installers were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything well, and did not take any shortcuts. I will absolutely use them going forward for all my HVAC needs.

Great knowledgable techs. Way to expensive. The monthly payment solution is a rip off. And the straight purchase prices were well above industry standards for the region.

Had problems with my heating and air. Seemed like nobody could put a handle on problem. A manager by the name of Mike Miller came out on a Sunday to address the problem. So far so good with repair. Will wait and monitor.

I worked with this company for 20 years with over 10 investment and personal homes, and then they lied to me and ripped me off for $320!! I called to schedule a repair because 1 of my 2 HVAC wasn't cooling. I told the tech 2 years ago it needed 2.5 - 3 lbs of refrigerant. Tech told me if I went on maintenance plan, topping it off was included. He said the cost of the refrigerant was more than the plan, so I signed up for 2 plans. They came to do the maintenance, one HVAC was fine, the other needed 3 lbs of refrigerant, as expected. They charged me $320 for the refrigerant and $297 for the plans. When I reached out, they said they listened to the recording and admitted the tech said topping is included and they could see how I could be confused. Twayna said they would refund me for the $320 and to expect a refund in my account on Wed. Twayna said call us back Thursday if funds not refunded. On Thursday they said billing denied my claim and refused to refund the money. Do NOT do business with this company, they will lie and cheat and steal your money!!!

Administratively, this company is a nightmare to work with. We can purchase it completely new HVAC system and had no issues with the actual people on site in terms of installation. But the administrative side is a nightmare, everything from our salesperson deciding that I was too much of a problem to contact me and address any questions or concerns without turfing me to another number even after paying so much money for their product, to them not doing the permitting with the local county which you pay for upfront. Finally there was no aftercare to address questions or concerns with the units installed. They just install them and leave and leave you on your own which is very embarrassing for such a large amount of money being spent that not everybody has.
