DO NOT USE THIS BANK UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! took out a loan with Regions Bank earlier this year and paid it off a few months later. Shortly after paying the loan in full, I contacted the bank because I continued receiving payment requests. The customer service representative I spoke with confirmed that the loan had been paid off and instructed me to disregard the text messages. Unfortunately, I am now receiving emails and phone calls stating that my account is past due and that I still owe $262. What is even more frustrating is that Regions Bank claims they have no record of my previous call or my conversation with the representative who told me to disregard the payment notices. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. A loan that I paid off is now being reported as past due, despite my previous communication with the bank. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Regions Bank carefully consider their options and keep detailed documentation of all payments and communications.

This is the WORST BANK I E EVER EVER HAD. FIND A DIFFERENT BANK. THIS ONE IS A COSTLY MISTAKE.

Regions Bank customer support is terrible. Their service is awful. My cards are continually getting locked and the process for unlocking them is excruciating. Do not use this bank. Get away from them if you can.

Constantly have issues on the website. I recently tried changing my account's address and the website refused to display anything on the page but the website's header and a blank white background. Things like this happen often. The User Interface is borderline indecipherable and even as a technologically adept person I struggle to find what I'm looking for on both the website and app. Regions is an awful, cheap bank that should never be used.

I have been with bank for 15 years. Direct Deposit, credit card, line of credit, savings - and their customer service is horrible! I was having difficulties adding Debit Card to Apple/I-phone and the experience I had with customer service had me moving all of my accounts to Wells Fargo. I even went into Bank and described my experience and they shrugged and said I understand. What? People I am the kind of customer a bank wants. Do yourself a favor and pass on this bank even if it seems convenient - you will thank me in the long run!
