And this is only because there are no "0" stars to give. The salesperson was the absolute worst! I run a small business and I am a professional who deals with the public and with my clients every day, I was disturbed by his attitude. He was telling me I was trying to do something that I clearly wasn't. And he lied to my face. He was impossible to work with, but nonetheless, I held my tongue even after I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he told me that " he was out." He never checked. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. and all the referrals I would have made to your company, I'll be sure to tell whoever asks "please find another supplier if they want the same product" I purchased over 880 sq ft of wood from a salesperson who didn't deserve the sale.

Mr. Reis, This review is completely retaliatory. After demanding that my sales person give you a free carton of hardwood, and being denied, you opted to write this review. Your order was cancelled after you became aggressive and threatening on the phone with both my sales person and myself. That type of behavior will not be tolerated, which is why you were instructed to take your business elsewhere. I will never allow my employees to be subject to abuse in order to obtain a sale.
