This is a con. The board turned up much later than expected, it is unbranded, so a generic board you can by on Amazon for less than half the cost, there is no nutrition plan or App to use. I should have gone with my gut feel that this was a rip off. Reformerly, you know what you are doing and that you are not being truthful, you should be ashamed of yourself and so should anyone working at that business. Trading Standards should be looking into this business. I will ensure they do! As for the other 5* reviews, just assume they are fake.

Hey Clara,
We’re really sorry to hear that you feel this way and we want to take a moment to respond openly and honestly.
First of all: the board is ours, and while it may look similar to others online, we’ve worked hard to build a complete system around it including our exclusive 28-day challenge, personal nutrition guidance, and a private community to support our customers. That full experience is what makes Reformly what it is.
It sounds like some things may not have come through properly, if you haven’t received your challenge access or nutrition plan yet, we’d love to sort that out right away. Just send us a message at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll take care of it, no stress.
We also want to be clear that we do not fake reviews, every review you see is from a real customer. We’re a small team genuinely trying to help women feel strong and confident at home, and we take feedback seriously. If you’re disappointed, we want to make it right.
Please reach out so we can support you properly.
Warm wishes,
Team Reformly

Absolute scam
Not only did I not receive the promised 28 day nutrition plan and workouts but my board also turned up broken with a dodgy ai generated leaflet of a woman using the machine. The sliders jam on both sides and won’t work. When I tried to contact about a refund I’ve been totally fobbed off in spite of the ‘30 day guarantee’. I haven’t had a response to my request for a full refund and was offered a 15% refund instead, so honestly the whole thing seems like a scam with some clever marketing. Really regret my purchase as I could have gone to 4 actual reformer classes rather than be disappointed by what is effectively a resistance band badly attached to a bit cheap bit of plastic. I will be ignoring Instagram ads from now on.
UPDATE
I had been in contact with the team over the past month to share my experience and see what could be done. I was eventually told a full refund would be issued - which was then backtracked and now to be able to get a refund I have to send the board back to the Netherlands at a cost of £50 to myself. I reiterate - absolute scam and waste of money. Save yourself the hassle and go to an actual class - I have chronic illnesses and couldn’t get to a class myself so I was hoping to find something that I could do from home. What a way to take advantage. I’ll stick to mat Pilates and yoga from now on.
….
I was never offered a 30% goodwill discount - I was offered a 15% discount. Could you please send me details of a contact number so I’m able to ship this back to you. It’s not visible anywhere on your website. It is also extremely misleading that you have your office address based in London on your website whereas you actually have to return it to the Netherlands. I never would have ordered it in the first place if that was clearer. My mistake and I’ve learnt from it. I did actually get some new resistance bands following this utter disappointment and am seeing fantastic results really quickly - so thank you for reminding me that the simple ways are actually more effective and less likely to disappoint and break.

Hi Katie,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been what you hoped for, that’s definitely not the standard we want to set.
Just to clarify: the 28-day challenge and the personal nutrition plan are included with your purchase, and we already sent these your way, but it’s possible they got lost in your inbox or in your junk/spam folder (ugh, tech 😩). We’d love to resend everything and make sure you can access the full experience as intended.
Regarding the refund: we do stand behind our 30-day guarantee, and it’s definitely not the case that we won’t help you. We’ve offered a partial refund so far as a gesture of goodwill, but if something arrived damaged or faulty, we’ll absolutely make that right. That’s not up for debate.
Would you mind dropping us a quick message at [email protected]? That way we can go through everything clearly, fix any misunderstanding, and make sure you’re properly taken care of.
We’re a small team trying to do good things and we hate to hear when someone feels let down. Let us fix this for you, please!
Replying regarding your update:
We’re truly sorry to hear that you still feel this way, especially because we’ve really done our best to find a fair and supportive solution for you.
From the beginning, we’ve offered multiple resolutions: a free replacement board, a 30% refund as a goodwill gesture, and provided you with full access to all the extras that come with your order including the 28-day challenge and personal nutrition plan. We genuinely hoped that one of these options would work for you.
You’ve since requested a full refund, which we completely understand and as per our 30-day guarantee, that’s absolutely possible. However, like most international companies, we do require the product to be returned before issuing a full refund. This policy is clearly explained on our website, both before purchase and during the checkout process.
Our return hub is based in the Netherlands, a central location that allows us to support all countries we serve. We understand that international returns can be inconvenient, and we truly wish we could offer local solutions everywhere, but that simply isn’t logistically feasible for us yet as a growing brand.
We never want our customers to feel taken advantage of - quite the opposite. We created Reformly to help women feel strong, supported and empowered at home, especially those who can’t attend in-person classes. And we’re truly sorry that this experience hasn’t reflected that mission for you.
If you ever decide you’d still like to return the board and complete your refund, our team will be here and ready to help as we've done so far.
Warmly,
Team Reformly

Reformly looks great on the surface and…
Reformly looks great on the surface and have to give them credit for their branding, social media and constant email marketing which is what sucked me in in in the first place
After receiving my board (4 weeks after ordering) i have emailed the company twice, asking how to access the 28 day challenge/ nutrition plan) as all i'd received was the board. No instructions & no link to the promised work out videos. I also previously posted on here and got a reply from Ivan telling me to email the 'hey' address but once again no one's got back to me. The 9th June was my last message and nothing!
A friend also ordered a board which has been delivered but same story....no workouts, info on the community app or nutrition plan.
All seems like a bit of a con. Not sure how you're meant to use the product if you're a novice and there's no instructions.
Hopefully customer services at Reformly will rectify this situation for me & my friend, so i can post a positive update to this review.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that it hasn’t met your expectations so far.
First, we appreciate your kind words about our branding and content, and we’re glad it resonated with you. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it must feel to wait for your order, then receive it without clear guidance on how to get started — especially when you're excited to begin your journey.
We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and for not getting back to your emails sooner. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’re actively working to improve our response times.
We’d love to fix this for both you and your friend right away. If you haven’t already, please send a quick message to [email protected] with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we’ll get your access to the 28-Day Challenge, community app, and nutrition plan sorted as a priority.
You absolutely deserve the full experience, and we’re committed to turning this around. Thank you again for your honest feedback — we hope to earn back your trust and see you update your review soon.
Thank you,
The Reformly Team

Misleading Advertising and Incentivized Reviews
I purchased the Reformly board based on their advertised guarantee which claims you’ll get a refund if you don’t lose 5kg in 28 days. This seemed like a risk-free trial, which influenced my decision to buy.
However, after receiving the product, I discovered that their return policy states items must be unused, which directly contradicts the idea that you can trial the program and return it if it doesn’t deliver results. When I reached out for clarification, the responses were vague and still left key questions unanswered like whether normal signs of use would void the refund, or what kind of proof was needed to show the challenge was completed.
There’s also inconsistency across the site in some places it refers to a 28-day challenge, in others it’s 30 days. This kind of careless or confusing messaging does not inspire confidence.
To make matters worse, you’re required to pay international return shipping if you want a refund, which can cost nearly as much as the board itself which makes the “guarantee” feel meaningless in practice.
I also saw that in their private customer community, they offer store credit and partial refunds in exchange for writing Trustpilot reviews, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of their rating.
While the product itself isn’t terrible, I found the overall experience misleading, overpriced, and not in line with what was advertised.
I wouldn’t recommend this company. It feels like a dressed-up, drop-shipped product.

Dear Emma,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review, we truly value your feedback, even if the experience wasn’t what you had hoped for. As a founder I'd like to personally address some claims made in your statement.
1. The 28 days Guarantee & Return Policy
The “unused” return condition only applies if someone wants to return the board before starting the 28-Day Challenge. The 28-day guarantee applies after completing the program, and we’ve clearly communicated that proof of completion (like a filled-in progress tracker) is required. We understand you asked some follow-up questions, apologies if our previous replies felt vague, we’ll make sure to update our support team to be clearer moving forward.
2. 28-Day vs 30-Day Challenge
Originally, we called it a 30-Day Challenge, but updated this to 28 days to better fit the program structure. If you saw “30 days” mentioned somewhere, we’d love for you to point it out so we can fix it, sounds like an honest oversight, not an attempt to mislead.
3. Return Shipping Costs
International return shipping is indeed at the customer’s responsibility, as stated in multiple places on our website including the return policy which can also be found during check-out. We’re not hiding this. As an international brand with fulfillment in the Netherlands, we’ve chosen this setup for its reliability and infrastructure, even though it unfortunately means higher return shipping costs for some regions.
4. Reviews in Exchange for Incentives
We never ask for positive reviews, only honest experiences, whether good or bad. The message in our private community was clear about that. Most people only leave reviews when they’re disappointed, which creates a skewed image. When we invited our community to share their genuine thoughts, we were actually blown away by the positivity and impact our product had made. I'd like to point out however that we'd never incentivise positive reviews in exchange for money back of some sort.
5. Dropshipping Claim
To clarify: we are not dropshipping. Our products are partially stored and fulfilled directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands, allowing us to ensure quality and faster delivery times.
I hope this gives some clarity. If there’s anything else you’d like to discuss or if you’re still left with questions, feel free to reply directly, I’ll personally make sure you get a clear and fair response.
I also see you've gotten a very clear response from us last thursday and so far we haven't received anything back, hopefully all questions were handled and everything is clear now.
Warm regards,
Leon

Hello,
This is now the third time in as many days that I have had to email you regarding the whereabouts of my order.
I placed an order with you on 22nd June for which full payment was debited from my account. I was quoted a delivery window of 1st - 6th July. Nothing has arrived and your tracking information is very vague.
I sent you an email to chase this up on 6th July - no response.
I sent you a further email to again, chase this up on 7th July - no response.
As outlined above, this is my third email and I do hope to receive a response albeit later than your promise of a 24 hour turn around.
Please could you have the courtesy to update me regarding an expected delivery date. If you are unable to do this, I would like a full refund.
Thank you!

Absolutely fuming with Reformly
Absolutely fuming with Reformly, I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and it’s still not been received. They reply with all sweetness and nice responses reassuring that my order is on its way !!! Each time I track it the delivery date changes. I’m now waiting for a refund. There’s no contact number to actually speak to anyone.

Not received my order
I ordered my board on the 7th June and still nothing. I have chased a couple of times and was told it was on its way. I have checked the tracking today and it states an attempt was made to deliver on the 27th June at 8.10am. We were all here and there was no attempt and i even checked the CCTV, nothing. Have no card/email left from the apparent attempted delivery to say what happens next, don't even know who the courier is so who know if this is even a real order

Rip off!!!
Ordered the board in 2 June and FINALLY arrived 28 June after a number of chase up emails. What arrived looks like a cheap copy, nothing is branded,no info on how to access the online workouts, only a crappy wee leaflet with images. Oh, and no battery was included. Looks and feels like I've been totally ripped off. I was SO looking forward to receiving and using this product but feel really let down. How am I supposed to use this?? No guidance, not able to find an App for the workouts. Very poor.
