Really disappointed with this product
Really disappointed with this product. I bought thinking it would be motivational however after waiting over 3 weeks for it to be delivered, the quality was extremely poor. I requested to return but they said I had to return the product to the Netherlands- even though it is registered as a UK company! This would have cost me £50 to return. They offered a 15% refund which I begrudgingly accepted but it didn’t make up for the issues. The quality is shocking with the foam already pulling away after only unwrapping it and the resistance on the band is weak. I’d advise only purchasing if you are certain you want it and willing to settle for the poorer material.
