These are not limited to 7 days and remain available for you to use without needing a subscription. This includes: • 14-Day Kickstart • 28-Day Challenge • 30-Day Body Tone • 28-Day Pilates Kit Challenge The 7-day trial you’re seeing is for an optional Premium upgrade, which unlocks additional content but it’s not required to continue using the programs included with your board.
