Hi Helen, Thank you so much for your incredibly kind and thoughtful review. It truly means the world to us. We’re so happy to hear that you’re loving your Reformly board and that it’s your favourite piece of home exercise kit — that is exactly why we do what we do. We also really appreciate your understanding during the transition to the new app. System upgrades can sometimes come with small teething troubles, so your patience and positivity mean so much. We’re especially glad to hear that you felt personally supported and that everything has now been resolved smoothly. Kyla and Leia will be absolutely thrilled to read your special mention — thank you for recognising their care and dedication. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Reformly community 💗 Warm regards, Reformly Customer Support
