Reflex MD has delayed my refill for 6…
Reflex MD has delayed my refill for 6 weeks now. The pharmacy is back ordered. Once I asked to speak to a supervisor they were able to switch me to an injectable and ship it the next day. They said that I’d get the same pricing as the oral. I received the medication today They gave me additional discounts as well for my inconvenience.

I stand corrected!
UPDATE: I stand corrected from my bottom post. ReflexMD completely made everything right. It was explained that a third party/carrier made the mistake on my order. There goal is to make sure customer is in complete satisfaction. I am. Jennifer Sanchez was great to deal with. I will continie using ReflexMD. ReflexMD has been a horrible experience. They were quick to sell and have not delivered results. Sent an email stating shipping delay for over two weeks. After two weeks I emailed - again, it'd delayed. I wroter my Rep & Customer service that I want to cancel - low and behold, my meds were sent out the next day. However; someone on the shipping side put the wrong address on my package and it has been held up in - for the second time. It's been over 5 days since they suppossedly fixed the problem. At this point - my package has been in transit for over a week. I'm sure my meds have not stayed cooled - leaving them not viable for use. So dissappointed. I do not recommend.

Hounding and horrible!
This is a horrific company. I made the mistake of looking at their product online which resulted in FOUR text messages, ONE direct call from a human and ONE robo-call, all within a few hours. Pathetic business practice. I will NOT be spending my money with this company.

I took trizepatide for 1 year and…
I took trizepatide for 1 year and lost92 pounds so far!!! This. Product really works and with Reflexmd there are no hidden fees. And, You can talk to a real person!

Delivery was delayed a day due to your…
Delivery was delayed a day due to your omitting my space number in address. Ergo the ice packaging had melted. I’m not sure if product is still viable!!!
