Great product and customer service
My products were always on time, well packed. I met my weight goal and had no issues with any side effects. Courtney was very helpful when I signed up and felt I could call her with a questions.

Overnight shipped Tuesday according to…
Overnight shipped Tuesday according to label. It arrived today, Friday. The fedex delivered it to the end of the driveway. Not to the front door. Needless to say it wasn’t cold. Or cool. Is it even usable? Can you resend another vial?

Deviation to Customer Service
After processing issues initially, i rated three out of five. Basically due to the long wait time for my script to be processed. However Tina was able to chase down the problem immediately and followed my script and updated me at least twice a day until I received it. Also, to “make it right Ms. Sanchez called me to appologize and offered means for correctingReflexMD delay in processing. More than fair and I’ll be continuing use!

Tina made it easy!!
Tina Flick made this so easy. I was a returning customer and she helped me get all set back up. She was delightful, knowledgeable and efficient. Doesn’t get much better than that for customer service!!
