Naava is the best at customer service
Naava is the best at customer service! I’ve had two issues with billing and she’s helped me within 24 hours both times! She’s very responsive and kind! Very easy to get a hold of through text, email or phone call! Thank you Naava!

10/10 Product and Customer Service
Reflex MD has been an amazing help in my weight loss journey. I recently needed to contact customer services, Barbie was fantastic, she quickly understood my issue and got my account back up and running right away.

Very timely
Very timely, shipped fast, great response time. The reason for only 4 stars is the email communication is difficult to follow. Several are sent out and many continue from previous so you have to scroll to find the date and your answer or the question. But overall great service.

Have had excellent experiences with ReflexMd. Easy and quick intake process. The customer service is fantastic as well. Had a minor issue with my account that Naava and Jethro handled beautifully. I do recommend using this company.
