Terrible Delivery Conditions and Hate that CC gets charged before the Dr visit& shipping!!!
For the second month in a row, my package was delivered at air temperature… in Texas… where the temperature is in the 90’s. Last month the package was delivered to the wrong address. Of note, the last 2 deliveries came via UPS. Prior to that they came via FedEx. Switch back to FedEx!! Also, it would be really nice if you had an option to change the delivery date/and credit card charges. I always have way too much medication on hand after 4 weeks. What a waste.

I am taken Semaglutide
I am taken Semaglutide. I fine that the needle Is easy to use , it is painless. I have been using it for 5 weeks and only lost 4 lb. I have no side effects. I just wish the weight would come faster.

Damaged package
Package appears to have been dragged across dirty floors. Fragile Label is torn and barcodes are torn. Package was warm inside and out. Cold Packs are totally defrosted, warm, and moist. I doubt safety of products and please refund cost. Please send no more.

Great customer service, responsive doctor!
Great customer service...was worried as it's my first on-line prescribed meds experience but so far, the service is great. Timely delivery of meds, easy to contact doctor and he has been very responsive to my questions. Especially initially as I dealt with side effects and general questions.

i have lost 11.5 lbs
i have lost 11.5 lbs. in 5 weeks. I can walk the dogs again without being in pain and I am feeling great about what I have accomplished.
