The package arrived at 4:40 PM
The package arrived at 4:40 PM, May 25. The freezer bags were totally thawed. The product is warm. It’s memorial weekend, so I’m sure I can’t get a hold of anyone. I imagine the medication is useless because it’s been at room temperature for I don’t know how long but the interior of the packaging was warm. The delivery has to be coming much sooner with much more ice. My email stated it would be delivered today in 3 to 6 hours. It was out for delivery at 9:21 AM and I didn’t get it until 4:40 PM. This is not counting the time it took to destination.

The package was delivered warm
The package was delivered warm. Both ice packs were completely melted to water. I hope the medicine is ok. How will I know if it’s not good to take? Please respond.

Room temperature arrival
I was very upset with the delivery process. It went out for delivery early in the morning and by the time it was delivered, both ice packs were completely defrosted and the med arrived at room temperature. I was home and brought the delivery in the house 5 minutes after delivery. My concerns are whether the med is still good as it was not refrigerated/iced prior to delivery. Original delivery window was 2p-6p and later changed to 5:15-8:15pm. You need to package properly with generous ice packs that take longer to land at room temp and arrange for your product to be delivered first and not last.
